Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory Skills

1) Good Dot Net development skills with expertise in Visual Studio 2005/2008 environment, SQL Server 2005 database management system, C# and ASP Dot Net.

2) Detailed technical knowledge to architect efficient solutions using Microsoft Development Technologies.

3) Knowledge of software designing tools and of Software Design Life Cycle.

4) Understand business requirements of an application and develop SRS/Use Cases

5) Good communication and Interpersonal skills with capability to handle small software development teams efficiently.



Key Responsibilities

1) Provide technical guidance to Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers in Software Specification Development, Design, Construction, Testing and Deployment of Software Modules and Components. Train team members.

2) Develop, modify, review and architect software applications.

3) Estimate the effort required for design and development of system components and modules

4) Ensure timely delivery of the project.

5) Act as a mentor and ensure that the team works effectively. Handle teams having 4 to 8 people.



Preferred

1) Experience of working on medium to large scale software and integration projects
