Required Skills:



- Minimum 3 years experience as a Team Lead/Tech Lead



· ASP .Net (minimum 4 years experience. This is the new version of .Net based ASP)



· Classic ASP (minimum 1 year of experience in old ASP programming)



· SQL Server (minimum 4 years experience)



· Ektron Content Management System (a big plus if you have experience with this platform)



· Web based application development (minimum 4 years experience)



- Excellent working knowledge of IIS 6.0



· Top-notch communication and analytical skills



· Ability to work closely with business users located remotely



· Self-starter with ability to work independently



· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
