1. Handling the Team of Sr. Sales Executive. Review the work done by them on Business Sales Process .
2. Involvement into the Recruitment of Partners/Advisors
3. Follow Sales Process to recruit partners.
4. Addressing and budgeting the Business Opportunities Programme ( Seminar)
5. To motivate the Sr Executive and Partners for revenue generation
6. To drive the overall business.
7. Recruit Trainees from MBA Inst with help of HR dept. Report in system about activity done by Trainees.
8. Overall responsible for the Branch activities.
