Job Description

Stationed at the project site in Kochi, Kerala, India

Directly responsible for the construction and delivery of a business hotel

Evolve deployment plans and assume direct responsibility for:

* Quality Management
* Cost Management
* Delivery Management
* Safety Management
* Communication and Document Control
* Risk Management
* Resource Management

Carry out overall coordination of the project while leading the professional team stationed at the site.

Management of the professional deployment and the work force

Project scheduling using MS Project Planner

Coordination with architects and engineering consultants

Preparation and submission of progress reports the head office

Generate the tender package and negotiate with the selected contractors leading to the appointment of the contractor

Monitoring of planned work schedules and taking the required corrective actions

Implement strict quality control procedures to ensure international standard delivery.

Plan and monitor the material supply system for the project

Ensure that the safety aspect is strictly adhered to.

Certification of monthly payments

Chairing of project meetings.

Liaisoning with the client

Handling of the necessary submissions to the authorities and subsequent co-ordination


Desired Candidate Profile

Good degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

Site experience in implementation of real estate project is mandatory

International exposure outside India is mandatory

Deep understanding of the Real Estate Industry and its related players

Able to travel within India to meet project requirements and to oversee projects in other States

Confident personality and able to rapidly establish interpersonal connections

Pro-active nature, self starter and able to work independently

Strong emphasis on meeting deadlines

Committed to ensuring high standard of delivery

Expert at handling MS Office: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project
